I am sceptical. Is that a problem?
No, and you do not have to resolve it before booking. That is precisely why the money-back guarantee exists: if none of it resonates with you, you don't pay, 100% of your money back. You are not asked to believe anything up front.
Is this a replacement for seeing a doctor?
No. BodyTalk is not a substitute for medical care. I don't diagnose, I don't treat disease, and I will never ask you to stop anything your doctor has prescribed. If a symptom is new, changing or severe, see your doctor first. This sits alongside medical care.
How can a session work over Zoom?
Sessions run as a protocol, not a live back and forth the whole time. I run the full session on my side first, then bring you in for feedback on what came up. It's energy work, so it doesn't rely on being physically in the room. The experience is different to an in-person session, but the outcomes are equally effective, whatever needs to shift, shifts, in person or remote.
I am not in South Africa. Does that complicate things?
Not really. I work with clients well beyond South Africa. The booking calendar converts my Johannesburg hours into your timezone automatically, and pricing is shown in your currency, so there is no arithmetic to do before you can decide.
What actually happens in the session?
Nothing to prepare and nothing to fill in. We talk for a few minutes about what brought you in, or you say nothing at all, and then I work through the BodyTalk protocol. Most people describe a calming shift that starts simply from being properly heard.
What kind of shift can I expect?
It usually starts simply from being properly seen, validated, heard, and acknowledged. That alone tends to move something.
How many sessions will I need?
At the end of every session, we check in on timing for the next one, it's usually a good indication of how long your body needs to process what came up, anywhere from two to six weeks. One session isn't enough to know if this is working for you. By the third session, you should start to feel a real shift.
Do you work with children?
From six weeks old, yes. Even kids who can't talk yet communicate what's going on for them, and picking that up can help with sleep issues, eating issues, separation anxiety, and toilet training.
Is what I share confidential?
Yes. Sessions are private, held to HPCSA ethics and guidelines.
What if I would rather just talk to you first?
Then do that. The 15-minute call is free and there is no session in it, it exists so you can work out whether this is for you without paying to find out.
Still have a question?
Ask it on the free call, or send it over and I'll answer.
