What BodyTalk helps with

This is usually where people start.

01

Headaches & migraines

When you've tried the water, the magnesium, the dark room, and it still comes back, that's usually a sign the real question isn't how to survive the next one, but why your body keeps doing this at all.

02

Sleep issues

Melatonin. A screen curfew. The same bedtime every night. If you've tried all of it and you're still staring at the ceiling at 2am, that's rarely an insomnia problem. It's usually a why-is-my-body-still-on-high-alert problem.

03

Chronic fatigue

Sleeping more didn't fix it. Cutting the caffeine didn't either. Neither did the blood tests that all came back normal. When you're still running on empty after all that, the question isn't how to get more rest. It's why your body's decided rest alone isn't enough.

04

Immune system disorders

You've done the supplements, the elimination diets, even seen a specialist who found nothing conclusive. Still flaring? That's rarely just about immunity. It's usually flagging something else that's been building underneath.

05

Anxiety

Breathing exercises. Journaling. Telling yourself there's nothing to worry about. None of it holds when the anxiety shows up anyway. The real question isn't how to calm down, it's why your body's still bracing for something.

06

Stomach issues

Gluten's out. Dairy's out. You've tried whatever the latest elimination diet suggested. If your stomach still won't settle, that's rarely actually about food. It's usually one of the first places the body speaks up when something else is going on.

Not sure what brought you here? Most people don't actually come with a specific issue. A lot of the time, it's simpler than that, they're curious, or they want the experience of being truly mirrored, of someone seeing exactly what they're going through and validating it. There's a lot of healing in that alone.

Children and infants

Not only for adults.

I work with infants and children as well as adults, with a parent on the call throughout. For a child who cannot yet explain what is wrong, an approach that does not depend on finding the words has an obvious advantage.
